Current monthly hours = tasks per day × minutes per task × working days ÷ 60.
Potential saved hours = current hours × automation percentage.
Remaining manual hours = current hours − potential saved hours.
Labour-value equivalent = potential saved hours × hourly staff cost.
The annual equivalents multiply monthly results by 12. Actual feasibility depends on integrations, exceptions, information quality and human oversight.
